There's plenty going on in Oxfordshire during the summer months - what to choose!
Nocturne is taking place at Blenheim Palace between 14 and 17 June. A fabulous venue for live music. There's more music happening at the Henley Festival between 5 and 9 July, the Wilderness Festival in Charlbury from 3 to 6 August and the Rewind Festival in Henley between 18 and 20 August. For Ibiza music fans, head to Stonor Park on 11 August.
The Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford is an event not to be missed if you are an aviation enthusiast. This is being held over the weekend of 14 - 16 July and tickets are available from the RIAT website. For car fans, there's the All American Auto Club's Rally of the Giants at Stonor Park on 30 July as well as the Silverstone Festival being held between 25 and 27 August - a great family event over the August Bank Holiday Weekend.
Closer to home is the Oxford Shakespeare Festival at the Oxford Castle and Prison from 19 June to 12 August. The fantastic and hugely entertaining Giffords Circus is visiting Stonor Park between 13 and 24 July. At the end of August, is the Foodies Festival being held in South Park Oxford between 26 and 28 August. Sophie Ellis-Bextor will be there!
